This month you will have the chance to join the ever-approachable David Asher Rotsztain for one of his famous 3.5-hour cheese-making workshops at UBC Farm. He’ll be offering three intro workshops and one advanced, each for $40. The hands-on workshops provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge and techniques.

I highly recommend his workshops! He makes the techniques so accessible that you’ll be inspired and actually go home and…wait for it…..make some cheese! It worked for me. His workshops are a great way to get the cheese-ball rolling.
